invoxi: invoicing for freelancers and small businesses in Latvia
Our job is your invoices. Write who to invoice and what for. invoxi prepares the invoice, you check it and send it to your client.
This page and the privacy policy are public; no account is needed to read them.
invoxi is a web application for issuing invoices. It is made for freelancers, self-employed people and small companies in Latvia, in Latvian, English and Russian. It is free during early access.
What invoxi does
- Invoices from a sentence. Say who to invoice and what for. The AI assistant prepares a draft invoice; you check it and confirm. Nothing is issued without your confirmation.
- EUR invoices with VAT. Invoices and credit notes with VAT, a PDF with a SEPA QR code for banking apps, and an EN 16931 (Peppol) e-invoice.
- Send and get paid. Send the invoice and payment reminders by e-mail, or share a link or the PDF. Payments go straight to your own bank account.
- Enter a client's details once. Pick the client — their details are already on the invoice.
- Recurring invoices go out by themselves. A subscription, rent or other regular work? Set a schedule and invoxi issues the invoices.
- See what is still unpaid. Mark a payment or upload a bank statement. invoxi shows what is paid and what is left.
