Terms of use
The agreement between you and invoxi: what the service does, what you and we are responsible for, and what happens if something goes wrong.
In force from 16 October 2026. This is a translation; the Latvian version prevails. The Latvian and Russian versions are on the same page, in the language switch.
1. Who we are
invoxi is provided by SIA Balt Bee Group, reg. No. 40203791123, Anniņmuižas bulvāris 41-175, Rīga, LV-1067, Latvija, support@invoxi.io (“invoxi”, “we”). These terms apply to the website invoxi.io, the web app and the connected-app interface (MCP).
By signing in you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the data processing agreement, which is part of these terms.
2. Who invoxi is for
invoxi is a tool for business: companies, self-employed people and private persons who invoice for their work. It is not a consumer service. You must be at least 18 and, when you act for a company, authorised to bind it; the company is then the customer.
The owner of a company in invoxi is responsible for the people they invite to it and for what they do there.
3. What invoxi does
invoxi helps you prepare and issue invoices and credit notes, keep clients, send invoices and payment reminders, record payments and see what is still unpaid. The AI assistant prepares drafts from what you write or attach.
invoxi is software, not an accountant, tax adviser or lawyer. The invoices are yours: you decide what is issued and you are responsible for the content, the amounts, VAT and taxes, the numbering, and for keeping your accounting documents as the law requires.
4. The AI assistant
The assistant can make mistakes. It only proposes: nothing is issued, changed or cancelled until you confirm it, except recurring invoices that you set up yourself to be issued on schedule. Check every draft before you confirm it.
What you send to the assistant (messages and files) is processed by our AI provider as described in the privacy policy. Do not send it data you are not allowed to share.
5. E-mails we send for you
When you send an invoice or a reminder by e-mail, invoxi sends it from its own address on your behalf, with replies going to you. Send only invoices and reminders to your own clients. A company may send up to 100 such e-mails a day.
Whether an e-mail was delivered is shown as reported by the mail provider; we cannot guarantee that it reaches the inbox.
6. Your data
The data you put into invoxi stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
You can delete a company or your account in Settings at any time; it is deleted at once. Before that you can ask for a copy of the data at support@invoxi.io. Keeping copies of issued invoices for as long as accounting law requires is your responsibility: download them before you delete.
7. Connected apps
You can let other apps (for example Claude or ChatGPT) read your company in invoxi through MCP. You choose which apps and can disconnect them at any time. Those apps are run by others under their own terms; we are not responsible for what they do with the data you let them read.
8. Acceptable use
- no unlawful use, fraud, money laundering or sanctions evasion;
- no invoices for goods or services you do not provide, and no spam or e-mails to people who are not your clients;
- no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service or to reach other people’s data;
- keep your Google account secure: whoever signs in with it acts as you.
We may suspend access when these rules are broken or when it is needed to protect the service or other users, and we tell you why unless the law forbids it.
9. Early access and prices
invoxi is in early access and is free for now. Features may change or be removed while we build it. We will announce prices at least 30 days before anything becomes paid, by e-mail and on the website, and nothing is charged without your explicit choice of a paid plan.
10. Availability
We work to keep invoxi available and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, faults and services of others (hosting, Google sign-in, e-mail, AI) can make it unavailable for a while.
11. Liability
invoxi is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost profit, lost business or indirect damage, for the content of your invoices, for taxes, or for what your clients do (for example not paying).
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the damage, and to EUR 100 while invoxi is free. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
12. Ending
You can stop using invoxi and delete your account at any time. We may end the service for you with 30 days’ notice by e-mail, or at once for a serious breach of these terms. When it ends, your data is deleted as described in the data processing agreement.
13. Changes
We may change these terms. We tell you about material changes by e-mail and on the website at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then; using invoxi after that date means you accept the change.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We try to settle disputes by talking first; otherwise they go to the courts of the Republic of Latvia. The terms are published in Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, English and Russian; the Latvian text prevails.
